Here is a basic recipe which adds to, but doesn't detract from the turkeys original flavor. |

1/2 cup Italian Dressing 1 1/2 cups Butter |
4 oz. liquid garlic 4 oz. liquid celery 4 oz. liquid onion 1 tbsp. cayenne 2 tbsp. salt 2 tbsp. Tabasco 1 oz. liquid crab boil or 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning |
1 cup Teriyaki Sauce 1 tbsp. garlic powder 1 tbsp. onion powder 1 tbsp. ginger powder |
1 lb.unsalted butter 3 tbsp. salt 3 tbsp.ground black pepper 1 tbsp. ground white pepper 2 tbsp.cayenne pepper |
3/4 cup xtra virgin oliveoil 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice 1 tbsp. zest of lemon 6 lg. garlic cloves 2 tsp. salt 1 tsp.black pepper |
| Mix Ingredients | Melt Butter and combine. | Mix Ingredients | Mix Ingredients | Melt Butter and combine. Cool to about 100 deg. Inject just before frying. | Combine and puree ingredients in blender. |
